Your concerns are important to us, please email us at compliance@cdhassoc.org and a member of our management team will respond to you within 48 hours . We will work to understand your concern, communicate a way forward, and resolve with your best interest top of mind. If for some reason we do not meet your expectations, you can reach out to ACDR with your concern.

We take consumer concerns seriously. If you have a complaint regarding your experience with Consumer Debt Help Association, you may submit it through one of the following methods:

Your complaint will be acknowledged within two (2) business days, and we will work to resolve your concern promptly. A formal resolution will be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
